Last Updated a year ago

Welcome to the land and soil!

Correcting your political status is a critical first step to regaining your freedom, upholding your rights and rebutting any presumptions made about you, by the de-facto government. To Learn more about why you should correct your status, Click Here.

The following link provides information on how to correct your political status, as well as access to template forms and instructions: https://tasa.americanstatenationals.org/correct-your-status/

Document templates can be downloaded for free in the "Streamlined Correction Process Documents" section of that web page.

Your state coordinator is the best contact for how to proceed given your specific circumstances. You can get to your state coordinator via https://states.americanstatenationals.org (see bottom for coordinator emails).

The recommended initial paperwork is the 1779 "1 pager" which is done in conjunction with 2 witness testimonies.

We recommend that you create at least 3 originals of each. 1 original will go to the state, 1 original will go to the county and 1 for yourself.

After completing your paperwork you must work with your state recording secretary to record and publish your documents. This cannot be done via online only. You must connect with your state recording secretary.

You can download the 1779 "1 pager" template here

https://tasa.americanstatenationals.org/correct-your-status/#docs

and the witness testimony templates here

You need 2 witnesses.

Another option is to create an LRO account at https://members.americanstatenationals.us and purchase the "Document Generator - 1779" Item under the Fees tab which will create these documents for you.

Once you have an LRO Members account you can order the 1779 document generator package from
